5、 I’m not sure if I have requested the correct wire rope. Can I have a sample?

      Absolutely! Once you have a chance to use our cable, you will be convinced of our quality and reliability. Cost free if the quantity is small.

6、How to order the products?

     Send the inquiry with detail item description or with Article NO..Quantity, size, package.If possible please attach one reference picture to avoid any misunderstanding or any links from website for we get a better.

     Steel wire rope is sold by weight (kilograms); Rigging hardware is sold in piece;Wire rope sings are sold in sets; welding wire is sold in weight(kilograms); construction machine is sold in set.

8、Is freight included in your price?

      No. Our pricing is FOB Factory, Freight extra.

2). In order to try best to avoid to de deducted or send bank by China custom,pls pay attention below two things:

a.Before u send back repair mother board,pls inform me in advance,give me CI & PL in advance,or u give me details,I can also make it for u.After my confirmation,then u send back

b.Delivery term need to be door to door term
